Experience Design 1: a manifesto for the creation of experiences
This first book is an attempt to define this field in as inclusive a way as possible. It covers a broad cross-section of media with examples and theory. Of course, the book itself should be an experience, so the format has been designed to be easily navigated and somewhat surrendipitous throughout.
It consists of 50 chapters of 6 pages, each forcussing on a different topic that relates to the successful creation of experiences in all media. It was difficult to choose only 50 but these, I feel, are the most important ones to cover first.
There's more information about the book at its own site, including links to all of the examples.
