While the data presented is experiential and human more often than technical yet it appears technical, allowing designers to communicate to clients (and others) the importance of experiential, social, and other human values in ways that can more seriously evaluated and addressed by engineers and businesspeople who, otherwise, tend to ignore such ethereal concerns.
